TELEPHONE BIDDING
You participate in the live auction as though you were present in the auction room.
An experienced staff member who at the auction will phone you a few minutes before your indicated lot goes up for auction and will bid on your behalf.
Once the bidding begins, we will keep you informed as the bids progress and ask you at each stage if you wish to continue bidding.
This will carry on until you are successful, or tell us that you would like to stop bidding.
Placing a Telephone Bid online is easy..

Choose the item you want to bid on and click on 'Submit Telephone Bid'

Submit your Telephone Bid.

A Pottle Auctions staff member will call you to confirm your bids and take your credit card to secure your bid.

Pre-authorisation of $1 will be taken to validate your credit card. If your bid is successful, full payment will be taken from the credit card provided.

On Auction day an experienced staff member will phone you a few minutes before the lot goes up for auction.

All your items will be available to be picked up the following day on-site after the auction.

We provide an in-house packing service for small or Jewellery items for Interstate and International Bidders.

For furniture and larger items, we have a list of Recommended Carriers for Local, Interstate and International Removalists and Couriers.
